Offers and services for SSFV members
We offer our members various services and offers. We process your personal data in order to provide and administer these services.
As an association member, you have the option of having your profile published on our website. You may withdraw this consent at any time, in which case the data will no longer be publicly accessible in the future.
We offer our members support and advice on legal issues relating to their professional activities. We may also forward such enquiries to our association lawyer for a legal assessment and recommendation on how to proceed. Members may also submit an application for coverage of legal costs from the legal protection fund. We process the personal data provided in the application (again, depending on the case, including contact details, financial data, information about your professional or private life) in order to assess the application.
Newsletter
As a member, you have the option of subscribing to our members’ newsletter. We process your personal data (name and email address) for sending our newsletter in order to inform you about our content and offers as well as other topics. We also analyse your interactions with the newsletter in order to improve our services. This analysis is used for statistical evaluation of our newsletter; we do not use this data to identify individuals.
For the processing of data involved in sending and analysing our newsletter, we use the services of dodeley®. The provider is indual GmbH, Sebastiansplatz 4, P.O. Box 377, 3900 Brig.
dodeley® is a service that can be used, among other things, to organise and analyse the distribution of newsletters. The data is stored on dodeley® servers in Switzerland.
